QA Triage & Execution Analyst – Pipeline Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the stability, precision, and signal integrity of automated test execution throughout the pipelines.

• Execute and oversee pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Classify failures into categories such as test defects, environment issues, data issues, or code issues.

• Troubleshoot automation scripts and conduct root cause analysis at the script level.

• Identify flaky selectors, synchronization and timing challenges, assertion mismatches, and data dependency failures.

• Validate API failures utilizing Postman or GraphQL tools.

• Review logs and telemetry data, including App Insights and pipeline logs.

• Monitor trends and provide triage reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent debugging and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with the test automation lifecycle.

• Experience with observability tools, such as App Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Background in debugging automation scripts written in Playwright or Selenium.

• Nice to have: Experience in the Mortgage/FinTech sector.
