QA Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Plan, assess, and evaluate risks associated with QA activities

• Organize and prioritize tasks within the QA domain

• Validate requirements and specifications using AI-supported testing

• Design and review test cases, suites, and checklists utilizing AI capabilities

• Configure and manage test suite executions

• Document bugs and evaluate test outcomes

• Oversee test execution and manage related technical debt in QA

• Create and update QA documentation and artifacts using AI tools

• Address production incidents, monitoring, and troubleshooting through intelligent log analysis

• Establish and evaluate QA metrics

• Enhance quality standards and processes within the team

• Conduct interviews, mentor, and train QA candidates

• Investigate QA tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions

• Collaborate with the Automation team

• Facilitate communication across teams and resolve dependencies

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Over 3 years of experience in a QA Lead role

• Systematic approach to addressing business and technical challenges

• Practical experience with browser debugging, responsive testing, and frontend QA practices

• Proficient in measuring testing coverage and efficiency

• Strong grasp of software testing theories and methodologies

• Excellent skills in test analysis, preparation, and planning

• Knowledge and expertise in requirements testing through AI-supported analysis

• In-depth understanding of testing methods, design techniques, and types utilizing AI capabilities

• Experience with technical specifications and test design documents supported by AI tools

• Familiarity with task management systems like Jira

• Experience with test case management software such as Testmo or TestRail

• Strong understanding of client-server architecture

• Knowledge of SQL

• Experience with tools like Sentry, Kibana, and Grafana

• Ability to assess, prioritize, and estimate the scope of testing

• Capability to handle multiple complex, cross-team tasks while ensuring high quality

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience in the gaming or gambling sector

• Strong communication and leadership qualities

• Proactive in identifying and addressing quality and delivery risks

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership from planning to completion of tasks
