Full Stack Developer – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop customer-facing functionalities within the web application.

• Create APIs and enhance the document pipeline.

• Diagnose and address production-related issues.

• Implement features from initial specifications to final production release.

• Take ownership of deployed features, ensuring they are adequately tested and monitored in production.

• Work across the database, API, and user interface layers.

• Collaborate directly with the CTO.

• Engage in crucial strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable position.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript with expertise in Node.js and React.

• Capable of owning features that span databases, APIs, and user interfaces.

• Familiarity with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

• Comfortable working with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be located in Germany.

• Experience with Nest.js is advantageous.

• Knowledge of document/PDF processing or AI/LLM-assisted extraction is a bonus.
