QA – Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute testing strategies for data and analytics solutions

• Perform functional, regression, and data quality validation testing

• Validate business rules established by HR and People Analytics

• Conduct reconciliation and cross-reference information between source systems and the Data Lake

• Develop SQL queries for data validation and auditing

• Support and lead user acceptance activities with business users

• Create test evidence, validation reports, and technical documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a QA in Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics projects

• Familiarity with Data Lake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or related technologies

• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data validation and auditing

• Experience in validating ETL/ELT processes

• Knowledge of data quality and validation techniques

• Experience with dimensional modeling and analytical structures

• Involvement with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)

• Ability to create test scenarios, cases, and scripts

• Previous experience in People Analytics or HR projects

• Experience in large corporate environments

• Familiarity with distributed teams and fully remote work

• Knowledge of data governance and quality

• Understanding of test automation for data environments
