QA Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Involvement in the complete testing life cycle, from planning and designing test cases to execution and reporting results

• Design and execute functional and regression tests

• Conduct API and web services testing using Postman, validating responses, status codes, and data integrity

• Execute basic SQL queries to verify and validate information directly in the database

• Document the entire testing cycle, including test cases, evidence, and results

• Create user manuals

• Log and track defects in Jira

• Collaborate with the development team until the resolution of defects within an agile framework

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in QA / Testing

• Professional degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software, or related fields

• Knowledge of the entire testing life cycle

• Experience in functional and regression testing

• Proficiency in Jira

• API testing experience with Postman

• Basic SQL skills

• Documentation of the testing cycle and user manuals under agile methodologies

• Spanish - NATIVE
