QA Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Involvement in the complete testing life cycle, from planning and designing test cases to execution and reporting results.

• Design and implement functional and regression tests.

• Conduct API and web services testing using Postman, validating responses, status codes, and data integrity.

• Execute basic SQL queries to verify and validate information directly in the database.

• Document the entire testing process, including cases, evidence, and results.

• Prepare user manuals.

• Log and track defects in Jira.

• Collaborate with the development team until defects are resolved within the agile framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in QA / Testing.

• Professional degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the entire testing life cycle.

• Experience in functional and regression testing.

• Proficiency in Jira.

• API testing experience with Postman.

• Basic SQL skills.

• Documentation of the testing cycle and user manuals using agile methodologies.

• Spanish - NATIVE.
