QA Examiner, File Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Maintain communication with field adjusters to guarantee prompt inspections and the submission of estimates/reports.

• Assess adjuster reports and estimates for precision, adherence to industry standards, and compliance with client guidelines.

• Appropriately apply insurance policies and endorsements to ensure proper coverage.

• Document files in a clear and concise manner.

• Utilize Xactimate/Xactanalysis and collaborate on estimates effectively.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to all communications.

• Monitor and manage individual queues to ensure files are reviewed and closed in a timely manner.

• Operate within various client systems, programs, and guidelines.

• Provide guidance to adjusters on client-specific requirements when necessary.

• Achieve or surpass cycle-time and quality-review metrics.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in property claim handling.

• Proficiency with the Xactimate/Xactanalysis estimating platform.

• Experience with CoreLogic/Symbility, including Claims Connect and Mobile, is advantageous.

• Strong decision-making abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Comprehensive understanding of the claim lifecycle.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Proficient in computer skills and typing.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Understanding of various field concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Knowledge of Guidewire is preferred.
