QA Engineer – Project TutTam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing on the mobile application and web product TutTam.

• Analyze requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria prior to development.

• Create and maintain testing documentation: Test Cases, Checklists, and Test Plans.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

• Test integrations between the web, mobile application, and backend.

• Verify the correctness of REST API functionality using Postman or similar tools.

• Reproduce, document, and track defects in Jira until they are resolved.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Designer, and development team to ensure high product quality.

• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Initiate improvements in testing processes and quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or QA Engineer.

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Practical experience with REST API and Postman.

• Experience in creating testing documentation (Test Cases, Checklists, Bug Reports).

• Understanding of client-server architecture and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).

• Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools.

• Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and proactivity.

• Ability to clearly describe defects and collaborate with the development team.

• Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, marketplaces, or HoReCa is a plus.

• Experience testing WebView applications is a plus.

• Basic SQL knowledge for data verification is a plus.

• Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, or similar services is a plus.

• Experience in test automation or a desire to develop in this area is a plus.

• Experience testing payment systems, card payments, or integrations with external services is a plus.

• Understanding of CI/CD fundamentals is a plus.

• Experience in performance or security testing is an advantage.
