QA Engineer Fellow – AI & Learning, Product & Applied Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement tests for the platform, covering frontend, backend, and integrations.

• Verify APIs, user pathways, and essential system functions.

• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated outputs, focusing on clarity, coherence, relevance, and appropriateness for educational settings.

• Conduct testing on RAG pipelines, which include context retrieval and response generation.

• Design test scenarios tailored to various user profiles and educational contexts.

• Detect issues that are not only technical but also pertain to cognitive aspects and user experience.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Specialist to enhance model and response quality.

• Assist the Agile Lead in validating product hypotheses and conducting experiments.

• Play a role in establishing quality standards for AI-driven features.

• Automate testing processes wherever feasible, particularly for APIs and fundamental workflows.

• Maintain documentation of tests, results, and evidence to ensure project traceability and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a doctoral degree in a field relevant to the project's activities; or

• Have a bachelor's degree accompanied by at least 6 (six) years of demonstrable experience in research, technological development, or innovation activities pertinent to the project's scope.
