Engenheiro de Teste de Software Júnior – QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and implement test scenarios and cases, ensuring the quality of developed functionalities.

• Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, and integration testing, identifying defects and product impacts.

• Analyze requirements and user stories, helping to proactively identify risk scenarios and potential issues.

• Identify, log, document, and track defects with the development teams until resolution.

• Investigate issues found during testing, striving to understand their causes and impacts.

• Collaborate with Development, Product, and other teams, contributing to quality standards and best practices.

• Participate in the planning and execution of automated tests, enhancing coverage, reliability, and efficiency of the QA process.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes, practices, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing.

• Knowledge in the creation and execution of test cases and scenarios.

• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

• Ability to analyze requirements and identify risk scenarios.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Attention to detail and critical thinking in problem identification.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Organized approach to documenting tests, evidence, and identified defects.

• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation is a plus.

• Experience with APIs and tools like Postman is an advantage.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is beneficial.
