QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Identify, document, and monitor software defects.

• Work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Automate test cases and assist in the development of test automation frameworks.

• Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability.

• Evaluate requirements and design documentation to guarantee thorough test coverage.

• Record testing processes and outcomes.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging QA technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in software testing methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to work independently.

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or others.
