This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Develop and implement policies, test plans, and quality metrics for the software lifecycle.

• Design and execute test cases and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security evaluations.

• Analyze test results and manage defect resolution by collaborating with the development team.

• Optimize testing processes through automation and continuous review of automated test code.

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and the quality of deliverables.

• Oversee traceability and information integrity through data testing and platform integration.

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computing, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of demonstrable experience in quality assurance (QA) or equivalent roles in software development and IT environments.

• Experience with automation and data governance.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, SDLC, and unit, integration, load, and security testing.

• Proficiency in automation tools such as Katalon or Selenium.

• Experience with Azure DevOps Testing and ServiceNow.

• Development and execution of automated functional tests.

• SQL proficiency for analyzing and validating data between transactional systems and analytical platforms.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, functional testing, business processes, and corporate integrations.

• Knowledge of Power BI, validation of dashboards, metrics, KPIs, semantic models, and information reconciliation.

• Understanding of Data Governance principles, Data Quality, and data traceability best practices.
