QA Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage robust automation frameworks along with reusable components.

• Produce clean, modular, and testable code for automation tools and scripts.

• Work in collaboration with developers to enhance code testability and integrate testing earlier in the development cycle.

• Formulate and implement test strategies for new features to ensure comprehensive risk-based coverage.

• Detect and resolve test gaps to bolster product reliability.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to instill quality throughout the process.

• Regularly assess workflows, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.

• Diagnose automation failures and assist in resolving code-level issues.

• Engage in architecture and design discussions to guarantee testability.

• Stay updated with new tools and trends in testing and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance within CI/CD environments.

• Experience with testing cloud/distributed architectures, REST APIs, and Microservices.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks for distributed teams.

• Practical experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium.

• Proficient in scripting or programming languages such as C# or Java.

• Capability to write deterministic automation scenarios.

• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Continuous Deployment practices.
