This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in quality assurance and automated testing initiatives for a critical federal IAM program.
• Design, develop, and sustain automated test suites.
• Conduct unit, regression, and integration tests.
• Carry out code reviews with members of the development team.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards are met.
• Confirm that user-story acceptance criteria are fulfilled prior to deployment.
• Aid in functional and security testing of FSA applications and services that are integrated with the IAM platform.
• Create and implement test plans across development, testing, EPT, and production environments.
• Work together with FSA Product Owners to define testing requirements and assess user-story testability.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Verify both automated and manual test suites before release or deployment.
• Record test outcomes, defects, and test coverage metrics, and communicate these to FSA and development teams.
• Provide support for application migration into the integrated IAM platform.
• Manage test automation code and test data within version control systems.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to facilitate CI/CD pipelines.
• Required Clearance: Public Trust.
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Required Experience: 1 year.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of agile testing methodologies.
• Experience in functional and security testing of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Background in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with unit, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience in conducting code reviews.
• Knowledge of performance, security, scalability, and compliance testing.
• Capability to test authentication, authorization, and audit functions.
• Experience in maintaining test automation code and test data in version control systems.
• Experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
