Integration & Automation Engineer – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, and upkeep of integrations, automations, and API connections throughout the technology stack.

• Play a role in the transition from prototype to production for software applications and agentic products and workflows, gradually taking on more responsibility as experience increases.

• Investigate, assess, and contribute to the prototyping of new technologies, including AI models, agent platforms, and agentic workflows.

• Aid in designing solutions that address business requirements and technical specifications.

• Act as the assigned project manager for designated projects within the TechOps Project Portfolio.

• Acquire knowledge and assist in implementing systems and software development lifecycle practices that align with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards.

• Maintain professional communication with colleagues, management, and other stakeholders.

• Adhere to regulations, policies, work processes, and directives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in at least one modern server-side programming language along with fundamental front-end web technologies.

• Understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies.

• Experience in designing, building, or utilizing APIs and system integrations.

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, contemporary AI development tools, and agentic system design.

• Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD, and cloud platform basics.

• Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Preferred: familiarity with industry-standard information security and privacy frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
