QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee test cases to guarantee consistent, high-quality software releases with minimal defects.

• Design and keep up automated API tests.

• Create automated tests utilizing Playwright.

• Accurately document and track issues with clarity and detail.

• Execute and maintain regression tests to avoid unintentional effects on existing functionalities.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and development teams to ensure software release quality.

• Generate and uphold comprehensive test documentation.

• Aid in crafting communication and training resources for new product launches.

• A curious and proactive individual eager to learn, with an interest in understanding the business, and a passion for investigating issues, enhancing user experience, and collaborating across teams.

• Excellent communication skills for reporting bugs, comprehending requirements, and effectively collaborating with the development team.

• Experience in functional and exploratory software testing.

• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Postman, Playwright, and Cypress.

• Understanding of executing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Azure Test Plans for managing tests.

• Proficiency in using productivity and workflow management tools such as Azure DevOps.

• A completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Capability to utilize generative AI tools to support testing processes and enhance efficiency.

• Nice to have: Experience in load, stress, and performance testing.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with writing test scenarios in Gherkin syntax.

• Nice to have: Basic understanding of programming logic and API usage.

• Nice to have: Experience in agile product development teams.

• Nice to have: Proficiency in English.
