Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues within intricate, multi-file codebases

• Develop new backend or full-stack features

• Refactor and transition existing systems

• Create and enhance unit and integration test suites

• Produce clear technical specifications and reference implementations

• Assess code and technical submissions for accuracy and quality

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure points

• Ensure alignment between requirements, code, tests, and expected results

• Deliver high-quality production code and technical solutions

• Provide comprehensive and precise project deliverables

• Generate clear technical documentation

• Offer thoughtful and constructive code-review feedback

• Consistently meet project requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in professional software engineering

• Strong expertise in Python

• Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

• Familiarity with at least one other language such as Java, C#, or Go

• Experience in backend or full-stack development with production systems

• Knowledge of testing frameworks like pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing

• Capability to navigate and debug extensive, multi-file codebases

• Experience in code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations

• Advanced written proficiency in English

• Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving abilities
