Python Developer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new services and APIs in Python, prioritizing quality, performance, and scalability.

• Design and execute solutions by adhering to software architecture and engineering best practices.

• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows utilizing tools like Prefect or similar alternatives.

• Engage in applied AI projects, which include agents, Document AI, RAG, and process automation.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical advancement of products.

• Write automated tests and enhance code quality through participation in code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Python for backend development.

• Proficiency in developing REST APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Experience with data pipelines and/or workflow orchestration tools such as Prefect, Airflow, or similar.

• Understanding of automated testing and software quality best practices.

• Proficient with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.

• Knowledge of software architecture and development patterns.

• At least 5 years of Python development experience.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Preferred: experience with FastAPI; familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG, or other applied AI solutions; experience with Document AI or structured document extraction; knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); experience with observability and application monitoring.
