Pursuit and Proposal Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate in go/no-go assessments and provide guidance to bid teams regarding pursuit selection, risk evaluation, and winning strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams through the complete proposal lifecycle.

• Offer consistent updates to leadership concerning pursuit advancement and possible obstacles.

• Assist technical and management contributors in crafting clear content that meets customer specifications.

• Advocate for process enhancements that improve team effectiveness and the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in proposal management, technical writing, or strategic go-to-market enablement.

• APMP certification is preferred (at least Foundation level; Practitioner or higher is a significant advantage) or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, challenge, and align senior executives and technical experts effectively.

• Excellent project and time management capabilities.
