Proposal Manager – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategic enterprise initiatives within the designated region, from qualification to submission.

• Analyze evaluator requirements and develop response strategies in collaboration with account teams.

• Facilitate contributions from sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security departments.

• Ensure that each submission meets high standards and is delivered punctually.

• Manage pursuits using an AI-first approach.

• Enhance the AI-first proposal system with every bidding cycle.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and standardize them into templates, reusable content, and processes.

• Oversee regional proposal capacity or focus on bid strategy as the function evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses from start to finish, including qualification and submission.

• Ideally, experience gained within a technology company.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools in personal work.

• Experience in developing internal tools or workflows, or collaborating closely with engineers to achieve this.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities.

• Capability to transform technical and commercial information into clear, compliant, and persuasive responses.

• Strong project management skills, especially under tight deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate contributors, manage review cycles, and obtain approvals across various functions and time zones.

• Commercial acumen to interpret scoring criteria, identify differentiators, and evaluate pursuit value.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous.

• Familiarity with security or compliance questionnaires is a plus.

• A technical or pre-sales background is an added benefit.
