This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Responsible for the management and execution of tactical plans, along with providing operational support for the development and evaluation of scientific/medical assets.
• Involved in information tactics, planning, and coordination with agencies, while tracking and managing timelines and progress, and following up with both internal and external stakeholders/agencies, as well as budget oversight.
• Creation of process guidelines, workflows, diagrams, metrics, and reports to generate insights into the scientific/medical asset development and review process.
• Serve as a trainer and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to guarantee proper usage of platforms, guidelines, and processes.
• Stay informed about company innovation strategies and assist with local implementation when appropriate.
• A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or similar).
• A Master’s degree in a Scientific Field, complemented by advanced education in Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related area, is highly preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English.
• Minimum of three years of experience in scientific/medical asset creation within the Pharma/Biotech sector.
• At least three years of demonstrated success in Medical/Scientific Operations Management, ideally within a Big Pharma environment or a creative agency collaborating with Big Pharma.
• Strong aptitude for building meaningful and trustworthy relationships with others.
• Hands-on experience in negotiating solutions and resolving conflicts.
