Public Sector Partnerships Lead – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee ElevenLabs' interactions with governmental entities and officials throughout Europe, concentrating on areas such as AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society organizations.

• Track, evaluate, and provide guidance on new regulations that may affect the company.

• Act as ElevenLabs' representative at conferences and industry gatherings, promoting the company’s public policy objectives.

• Assist in the formulation of internal policies in collaboration with our Legal, Safety, Security, and other departments.

• Offer strategic advice to company leadership regarding regional policy developments and their business ramifications.

• Encourage government adoption of ElevenLabs' products and services in conjunction with the GTM team.

• Design and execute policy campaigns and impact initiatives that further the company's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in policy roles within both public and private sectors (in-house, firm), emphasizing AI and technology.

• Comprehensive understanding of the regional AI policy environment, encompassing general AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.

• Proven track record in crafting, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes, as well as building coalitions.

• Experience in public policy across Europe.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, particularly when briefing government officials and other policymakers.

• Proficiency in English.
