This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the commercial success of PR and Partnerships: enhancing branded search, increasing awareness in new markets, and contributing to organic revenue growth.

• Manage a team of two: a PR and Copy Specialist and a Content Specialist. Establish priorities, maintain workflow, and elevate standards.

• First, ensure the fundamentals are in place: press releases, editorial guidance, brand storytelling, and content quality.

• Collaborate with merchandising on house-brand collections involving influencers, designers, and cultural icons. Focus on small, innovative, fashion-forward launches.

• Oversee our Brand Ambassador program: engaging authentic ambassadors with substantial reach, avoiding token influencer gifting.

• Develop a diversified earned media presence that stimulates branded demand: engage with tier-1 publications, niche authority sites, and cultural outlets. These mentions enhance LLMs and build authority.

• Foster partnerships: with sports RX, smart eyewear, community sports teams, NGO collaborations, and cultural institutions. Strive to make SmartBuyGlasses recognized beyond traditional advertising.

• Ensure our brand is visible across various platforms: podcasts, Reddit, LinkedIn, newspapers, TV, and editorial content — brand mention volume is crucial for SEO and AI search visibility.

• Collaborate closely with our Social and Influencer lead to translate influencer reach into increased branded search.

• Set the editorial strategy for brand content on our website: storytelling, launches, collaboration narratives, and brand pages. Coordinate with our SEO lead on priorities.

• Manage the editorial workflow weekly: calendar management, brief templates, review processes, output quality, and publication speed.

• Monitor AI search visibility (SGE, AI Overviews, LLMs) and tailor PR efforts and mentions to ensure our brand appears in relevant search answers.

• Conduct disciplined experiments on formats, hooks, and distribution. Discontinue ineffective strategies swiftly.

• Convert results into actionable commercial insights — focus on clarity over fluff reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in PR, Brand, or Partnerships at a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce company, with proven accountability for commercial outcomes.

• Possess a growth mindset. You initiate opportunities, make calls, follow up diligently, and deliver at 85%. You do not wait for permission or perfect briefs.

• A history of successful collaborations, brand partnerships, or licensing achievements that you can reference by name (the significance of the story outweighs size).

• Experience in securing media coverage in fashion, lifestyle, or business outlets.

• Comfortable collaborating with merchandising and product teams for branded partnerships and collections.

• Strong commercial insight — you focus on branded search lift, repeat rate, and revenue rather than impressions or EMV.

• Experience in integrating PR with influencer and social strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Experience in managing a small in-house team or a desire to advance to that role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Naturally collaborate with SEO and performance teams — you understand what drives search and AI visibility, even if you do not handle the technical aspects.

• A self-starter with a proactive approach.

• A strategic mindset with a solid grasp of brand development, user behavior, and funnel metrics.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

• Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong passion for continuous learning and improvement.
