• Develop and implement comprehensive global PR strategies and campaigns along with the necessary tactics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create PR and communication plans that support the company’s key projects.
• Identify and seize opportunities to promote the company, establishing it as a leader in the travel and technology sectors, including public speaking engagements and award nominations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and industry thought leaders in key markets, proactively pitching stories that highlight the company as a sector leader.
• Produce news releases, background information, fact sheets, editorial content, and other written materials for various channels such as print, broadcast, and digital media.
• Oversee agencies and contractors executing work on behalf of the company.
• Manage PR responses during crisis situations effectively.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing PR campaigns across multiple markets (Europe/Middle East/LatAm/Asia/North America).
• At least three years of in-house public relations experience, preferably within the B2B, technology, or hotel sectors. B2B experience is crucial; individuals with solely B2C backgrounds may find adaptation challenging.
• Demonstrated success in delivering global projects effectively.
• Experience working with European, Middle Eastern, and US markets.
• Familiarity with business and industry media outlets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficient in English (C1-C2 level), with knowledge of additional languages considered an advantage.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Availability to work in a time zone of +3 GTM.
