Public Health Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students in academic writing, research skills, and time management

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions

• Advise students on appropriate reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Provide proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges

• Engage with students promptly through email, phone calls, and online meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant disciplines at a leading university or college

• Formal teaching experience at a university or college is preferred

• Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality, eager to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in English; outstanding oral and written communication skills

• A functioning laptop

• A reliable high-speed internet connection (>10 MBPS)

• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize technological platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm daily
