PT Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Drive subscription sales through both inbound and outbound phone outreach.

• Inform prospective customers about subscription options and available promotions.

• Establish rapport with customers while identifying their specific needs.

• Skillfully address objections and secure sales opportunities.

• Foster positive customer relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Precisely document customer interactions and sales activities.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets and performance goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Pennsylvania.

• Prior experience in remote work.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to work independently and maintain motivation in a remote setting.

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software systems.

• Previous sales experience, particularly in phone-based sales, is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Experience in a call center or subscription-based sales environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with Newzware or similar customer management software is preferred.
