Psychologist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Performing thorough initial evaluations to assess patient eligibility for telehealth and VR services.

• Providing evidence-based therapy, including VR-assisted treatment, to help clients achieve their goals.

• Assisting children and adolescents with emotional regulation, self-esteem, social skills, and overall wellbeing.

• Tracking and documenting progress while upholding high professional and clinical standards.

• Compiling reports that include assessments, progress updates, and summaries for referring parties and stakeholders.

• Collaborating with families and other professionals to promote meaningful outcomes.

• Maintaining professional registration in accordance with AHPRA regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full registration with AHPRA as a licensed psychologist.

• Residing in Australia with full working rights.

• Possession of a Medicare Provider Number and Working With Children Check clearance, or willingness to obtain them.

• Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents, including those who are neurodiverse.

• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth, or a readiness to develop skills in this area.

• An appropriate work-from-home setup, including high-speed internet access.

• Excellent communication skills and a dedication to maintaining professional standards.

• Familiarity with the NDIS framework and goal-oriented therapy methodologies.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies and the application of VR in psychological practice.
