Psychiatrist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical medication management through telehealth services.

• Conduct follow-up appointments lasting either 30 minutes or 20 minutes.

• Implement evidence-based practices while adhering to a conservative approach to controlled-substance prescribing.

• Exercise clinical autonomy to prioritize the best interests of patients.

• Optionally oversee clinician-selected Nurse Practitioners who utilize evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that include therapists and prescribers.

• Engage in regular virtual meetings with staff and clinical teams.

• Provide care to individuals across all regions through telehealth platforms.

• Possess a clean and unrestricted medical license.

• Maintain a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting demeanor towards diverse patient populations.

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Show willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Participate regularly with collaborating therapists for staffing purposes.

• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred.
