Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct tele-psychiatric consultations for clients located in Oregon

• Carry out initial assessments

• Collaboratively create treatment plans with clients, which may include medication, therapy, or a combination of both

• Proactively follow up with clients at least once a month

• Evaluate the effectiveness of suggested interventions and ongoing care until treatment objectives are met

• Offer diverse modalities of talk therapy

• Establish a schedule within operational hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

• Collaborate effectively with advanced practice nurses

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

• Current Oregon Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License

• ANCC Board Certification

• More than 2 years of experience in adult mental health

• Strong assessment capabilities

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

• Driven, client-focused work ethic

• Must possess own computer and maintain a quiet, professional environment for tele-psychiatry sessions

• Oregon Nurse Practitioner License (Required)

• ANCC Board Certification (Required)

• DEA Certification (Required)

• Availability on weekends

• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
