Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver effective individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide direct care to patients.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications when necessary.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Participate in clinical conferences at least once weekly for the first 90 days, followed by monthly attendance thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a PMHNP license in Tennessee.

• Willingness to obtain licensing in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Washington.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in computer and technology skills.

• Strong clinical background in the field of psychiatry.

• Solid experience in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments.

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
