This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver individualized psychiatric care effectively through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct patient care and carry out comprehensive patient assessments.
• Create treatment plans and prescribe medications when necessary.
• Ensure that care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with teams that include multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• Connect with eligible psychotherapists during the onboarding process and align with a team.
• Engage regularly with collaborating therapists, at least once a month, to review patient cases or clinical subjects.
• Conduct clinical duties from home.
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and necessary clinical conferences.
• Current PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as required.
• Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must not operate or own a private practice.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
• Strong clinical foundation in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Solid understanding of psychiatric disorder diagnosis and treatment, along with psychopharmacological interventions.
• Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
• Attend at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days; afterwards, attend one monthly.
• Flexible scheduling options chosen by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clinical responsibilities conducted from home.
• Participation in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Independence to practice in the patient's best interest without interference from corporate administration.
• Collaboration and regular staffing alongside therapists.
• Clinical conferences held four times a week.
