This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide direct care to patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.

• Create and implement treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications as required.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with therapists and engage in regular staffing meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.

• Participate in clinical conferences at least weekly for the first 90 days, followed by monthly attendance.

• Conduct clinical work from home with participation in virtual clinical team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a PMHNP license in Massachusetts.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

• Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient computer skills and basic technology knowledge.

• Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry.

• Extensive knowledge in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments.

• Familiarity with non-pharmacological treatment approaches.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
