This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver high-quality individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct care to patients.
• Perform thorough patient assessments.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as required.
• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with therapists through regular staffing, at a minimum of once a month, to discuss patient cases and relevant clinical topics.
• Become a part of a team that includes various therapists and a prescriber.
• Participate in clinical conferences four times weekly, with mandatory attendance at least once a week during the initial 90 days and once a month thereafter.
• Possession of an active PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must not own or operate a private practice.
• Capability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
• Strong clinical foundation in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorder diagnosis, treatment, and psychopharmacological interventions.
• Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care within a telehealth framework.
• Required attendance at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days; following this, attendance is expected once a month.
• Flexible scheduling options chosen by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clinical work conducted from the comfort of home.
• Participation in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Autonomy to practice in the best interest of the patient without interference from corporate administration.
• Regular collaboration with therapists.
• Assurance of privacy, security, and convenience during telehealth consultations.
