This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Deliver high-quality individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
β’ Provide direct patient care and carry out thorough patient assessments.
β’ Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.
β’ Prescribe medications as needed based on patient evaluations.
β’ Ensure care is aligned with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
β’ Operate independently while prioritizing the patient's best interests.
β’ Work collaboratively with therapists and prescribers in multidisciplinary teams.
β’ Hold monthly meetings with collaborating therapists to discuss patient cases or relevant clinical topics.
β’ Engage in virtual clinical team meetings and participate in clinical conferences.
β’ Possess an active PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
β’ Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as required.
β’ Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred, though not mandatory.
β’ Must not own or operate a private practice.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
β’ Proficient computer skills and familiarity with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
β’ Robust clinical background in psychiatry and behavioral health.
β’ Strong understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders, as well as psychopharmacological interventions.
β’ Knowledge of non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills.
β’ Capable of delivering patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
β’ Attend a minimum of one clinical conference weekly during the initial 90 days; thereafter, attend one monthly.
β’ Conduct clinical work from the comfort of your home.
β’ Enjoy a flexible schedule where clinicians select their working days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
β’ Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.
β’ Regular collaboration with therapists, occurring at least monthly.
β’ Attend clinical conferences held four times weekly.
β’ Practice autonomously without corporate administrative hindrances.
β’ Experience the privacy, security, and convenience of telehealth consultations.
