This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver efficient individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct care to patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Create and implement treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications when necessary.
• Ensure care is provided in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Foster collaborative teams involving multiple therapists and a prescriber.
• Engage with therapists monthly to review patient cases or clinical subjects.
• Participate in clinical team meetings virtually.
• Attend mandatory clinical conferences four times each week, adhering to specified attendance minimums.
• Valid PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not essential.
• Must not have ownership or operate a private practice.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Proficient computer skills and comfortable using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
• Strong clinical foundation in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorder diagnosis, treatment, and psychopharmacological interventions.
• Awareness of non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
• Must attend at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days; thereafter, attendance is required once a month.
• Clinical work conducted from the comfort of your home.
• Flexible scheduling options chosen by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Virtual clinical team meetings.
• Independence to practice in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative constraints.
• Regular collaboration with therapists.
• Assurance of privacy, security, and convenience during telehealth consultations.
