This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Deliver individual psychiatric care effectively through telehealth in an outpatient environment
β’ Provide hands-on patient care
β’ Perform patient evaluations
β’ Create and implement treatment plans
β’ Prescribe medications when necessary
β’ Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines
β’ Collaborate with therapists and engage in regular staffing discussions regarding patient cases or clinical matters
β’ Become part of a team that includes several therapists and a prescriber
β’ Participate in clinical conferences four times each week, with mandatory attendance at least once weekly initially and monthly thereafter
β’ Valid PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA
β’ Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary to enhance patient access
β’ Previous experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is preferred but not essential
β’ Must not own or operate a private practice
β’ Capable of collaborating effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
β’ Proficient computer skills and comfortable using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and other basic technologies
β’ Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry and behavioral health
β’ In-depth knowledge of diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments
β’ Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health strategies
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
β’ Ability to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting
β’ Required to attend at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days of employment, followed by monthly attendance
β’ Clinical work conducted from the comfort of home
β’ Flexible scheduling options chosen by clinicians, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
β’ Participation in virtual clinical team meetings
β’ Autonomy to practice in the best interests of patients without corporate administrative constraints
β’ Collaborative environment with regular staffing alongside partnering therapists
β’ Clinical conferences conducted four times a week
