Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide direct care to patients.

• Perform thorough patient assessments.

• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications as deemed necessary.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Participate in clinical conferences at least once a week for the first 90 days of employment, followed by monthly meetings.

• Operate independently in the best interests of patients, free from corporate administrative interference.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a PMHNP license in Tennessee is required.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse array of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in computer and technology usage.

• Solid clinical experience in the field of psychiatry.

• Strong expertise in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments.

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological treatment methods.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
