This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Deliver high-quality individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct care to patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Create tailored treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as required.
• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with therapists, meeting at least monthly to review patient cases or relevant clinical topics.
• Participate in at least one clinical conference weekly during the initial 90 days.
• Continue attending one clinical conference each month after the first 90 days.
• Establish care teams alongside therapists and a prescriber by means of onboarding and matching.
• Possess an active PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as necessary.
• Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Must not own or run a private practice.
• Capability to work effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and general technology.
• Solid clinical foundation in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Extensive knowledge of psychiatric disorder diagnosis, treatment, and psychopharmacological interventions.
• Awareness of non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Capacity to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
• Conduct clinical work from the comfort of home.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule chosen by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Maintain the autonomy to practice in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative constraints.
• Engage in regular collaboration with therapists.
• Attend clinical conferences.
