This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide hands-on patient care.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications as deemed necessary.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

• Operate independently with the patient's best interests as the priority.

• Engage in virtual clinical team meetings.

• Participate in clinical conferences four times a week, with a mandatory attendance of at least one session per week during the initial 90 days, followed by one session monthly thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a PMHNP license in Tennessee is required.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with a varied team of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in computer and technology usage.

• Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry.

• Solid experience in diagnosing psychiatric conditions and psychopharmacological treatments.

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological treatment methods.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Commitment to attending at least one virtual clinical conference weekly for the first 90 days of employment, transitioning to one per month thereafter.
