Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment

• Provide direct care to patients

• Perform patient evaluations

• Create tailored treatment plans

• Prescribe medications as required

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in patient care

• Engage in virtual clinical team discussions

• Participate in mandatory clinical conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a PMHNP license in Tennessee

• Willingness to obtain licensure in AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, and WA

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals

• Proficient computer and technology skills

• Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry

• Solid experience in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological treatment methods

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management abilities

• Required to attend at least one clinical conference weekly for the first 90 days of employment; thereafter, one per month
