Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual psychiatric care effectively through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide direct care to patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications as needed.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings.

• Engage in clinical conferences four times a week, with mandatory attendance at least once a week during the initial 90 days and monthly thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a PMHNP license in Tennessee is required.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in computer and technology applications.

• Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry.

• Robust experience in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and administering psychopharmacological treatments.

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological intervention methods.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Required to attend clinical conferences at least once weekly during the first 90 days of employment, followed by monthly attendance.
