This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Deliver efficient individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct patient services.
• Perform thorough patient assessments.
• Create personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as deemed clinically appropriate.
• Administer care in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles.
• Collaborate within clinical teams that include therapists and a psychiatric prescriber.
• Engage with qualified psychotherapists in need of a prescriber and take part in team matching.
• Attend staffing meetings with collaborating therapists at least once a month to review patient cases, coordinate treatment, and discuss clinical matters.
• Offer clinical services remotely from home.
• Join virtual clinical team meetings.
• Attend BlueSky clinical conferences four times weekly; required attendance at least once a week during the first 90 days and monthly thereafter.
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Previous PMHNP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must not possess or operate a private practice.
• Capability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical foundation in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Solid knowledge and experience in assessing and diagnosing psychiatric disorders, as well as providing psychopharmacological treatment.
• Understanding of non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort in using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
• Flexible scheduling options determined by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Remote clinical services from the comfort of home.
• Team matching support provided by BlueSky.
• Participation in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Clinical conferences held four times per week.
• Clinician autonomy to practice without unnecessary corporate administrative interference.
