This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized psychiatric care effectively through telehealth in an outpatient environment.

• Provide direct care to patients.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.

• Create detailed treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications when necessary.

• Ensure that patient care adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in virtual clinical team meetings.

• Attend clinical conferences four times a week, with a mandatory attendance of at least one per week during the initial 90 days and one per month thereafter.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a PMHNP license in Tennessee.

• Willingness to obtain licenses in alternative states: Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in computer and technology skills.

• Strong clinical background in the field of psychiatry.

• Significant experience in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and providing psychopharmacological treatments.

• Knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Required to attend at least one clinical conference weekly for the first 90 days of employment, followed by one monthly thereafter.
