This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Deliver efficient individual psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient environment.
• Provide direct care to patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients.
• Create personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as clinically suitable.
• Administer care in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate within clinical teams consisting of therapists and a psychiatric prescriber.
• Engage in monthly staffing sessions with collaborating therapists to review patient cases, coordinate treatment, and discuss clinical topics.
• Offer clinical services remotely from your home.
• Take part in virtual clinical team meetings.
• Attend BlueSky clinical conferences four times each week, with a requirement of attending at least once weekly during the first 90 days, and subsequently once a month.
• Possess an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA.
• Willingness to secure additional state licenses as necessary.
• Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must not own or manage a private practice.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry and behavioral health.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and psychopharmacological treatment.
• Familiarity with non-pharmacological approaches and evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort in using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth setting.
• Flexible scheduling with clinician-determined days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
