Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider – Collaborative Care Model, Telemedicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Work alongside behavioral health care managers and primary care providers to assess patient caseloads, offering treatment suggestions for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and various other behavioral health issues.

• Perform systematic reviews of patient caseloads on a weekly or biweekly basis to track progress and modify care plans as needed.

• Provide indirect psychiatric advice regarding diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacological treatment alternatives, and intricate cases.

• Ensure compliance with measurement-based care practices (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, and other standardized assessments).

• Be accessible for scheduled and on-demand consultations with primary care providers.

• Accurately document consultations and suggestions in the Triplemoon electronic health record (EHR).

• Keep abreast of best practices and updated guidelines in the realm of integrated behavioral health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) specializing in psychiatry, holding an active and unrestricted license in Tennessee, Texas, California, Maryland, Florida, Virginia, Connecticut, and/or Colorado.

• Pediatric psychiatric experience is mandatory.

• Familiarity with the Collaborative Care Model, integrated care, or telepsychiatry is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to function in a consultative, team-oriented setting.
