PS Consultant IV – Java/Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in Technical Requirements discussions with clients to assess product alignment concerning their needs and identify any gaps.

• Develop solutions within product limits through configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Oversee an implementation team that includes Salesforce Developers, UI Developers, and Quality Analysts to ensure delivery according to the sprint plan.

• The candidate will also be accountable for reviewing the code.

• Capable of designing and constructing solutions for intricate requirements and integrations.

• Participate in client and partner engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution development, integrations, sprint reviews, UAT adjustments, management, live cutover, and transition support.

• Train and mentor newly onboarded Salesforce developers on performing configurations, customizations, and integrations on Terafina.

• Serve as a point of contact for the Terafina support team to manage delivery issues reported by customers through the support team.

• Identify general requirements and the corresponding technical solutions implemented, which can be incorporated into the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9 to 12 years of experience in building and developing code in an object-oriented language, preferably Java.

• 5+ years of experience in utilizing design patterns and managing complex integration needs (both cloud and on-premise using web services).

• Strong business analysis and functional expertise, including requirements gathering, solution creation, and/or deploying solutions to end users.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with data presentation capabilities, effectively communicating with both business and technical teams.

• Experience with GitHub or other version control tools.

• Background in projects or products within the banking domain is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with writing Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SFDX CLI in Salesforce will be a plus.

• Experience in writing Java classes using object-oriented paradigms.

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Understanding of Security Concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization, confidentiality, etc.) and protocols, along with their application in enterprise applications.
