This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated healthcare providers.
• Carry out provider interactions and executive-level check-ins/QBRs as required.
• Monitor provider sentiment and satisfaction, implementing action plans accordingly.
• Record interactions, decisions, and follow-ups using CRM/case management tools.
• Oversee the complete provider onboarding process, including welcome materials, portal registration, EFT setup, credentialing transfers, and directory validation.
• Track onboarding milestones, eliminate obstacles, and communicate status updates and next steps.
• Provide training for providers through webinars, welcome packets, and job aids.
• Keep FAQs, guides, and reference materials up to date.
• Address and triage escalated issues related to claims, credentialing, EFT, enrollment, and portal access.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and monitor corrective actions until completion.
• Advocate for portal features and self-service workflows while assisting with registration, user management, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Enhance EFT adoption and coordinate the verification and updates of banking/EFT information.
• Collaborate with teams in Provider Data, Credentialing, Contracting, Claims, Finance, Clinical Operations, Communications, and IT.
• Represent provider needs in workgroups and report measurable results.
• Maintain dashboards and logs tracking satisfaction, first-contact resolution, onboarding efficiency, case aging, portal adoption, and SLA compliance.
• Analyze trends and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, privacy, security, and audit-ready documentation standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in business operations, data ingestion, problem-solving, and reporting management.
• No certifications are necessary.
• Security clearance is not required.
• US citizenship is not a prerequisite.
• Capability to support provider onboarding, education, issue resolution, relationship management, and engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM/case management tools.
• Ability to collaborate across functions including provider data, credentialing, contracting, claims, finance, clinical operations, communications, and IT.
• Skill in maintaining audit-ready documentation and safeguarding provider information.
• Willingness to work 40 scheduled hours each week.
• Travel requirement of less than 10%.
