Provider Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, developing a comprehensive understanding of Nourish’s value proposition, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate with RDs.

• Enhance applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that boost offer acceptance rates.

• Spearhead outbound recruiting efforts targeting our top priority prospects through personalized emails and calls.

• Oversee the recruiting inbox and address applicant inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor and analyze essential recruiting metrics to enhance funnel conversion and guide hiring strategies.

• Collaborate with teams in Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product to establish feedback loops that enhance the candidate experience.

• Implement process improvements based on input from providers and internal stakeholders to elevate the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.

• Highly organized and adept at managing a high-volume process, balancing multiple interactions while ensuring every detail is attended to.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, energized by engaging with providers through phone, video, email, and chat.

• Quick to learn new processes and take ownership, grasping detailed procedures shortly after explanations.

• Strong problem-solver capable of thinking on your feet and providing innovative solutions to streamline processes.

• Passionate about nutrition and wellness, motivated to assist others in enhancing their health by increasing access to high-quality care.

• Proven success in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech, where adaptability and quick thinking are essential.
