This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Develop and oversee compensation programs for providers.
• Create compensation frameworks that are equitable, competitive, and align with Providence’s strategic goals.
• Formulate and execute compensation strategies.
• Provide guidance to leadership on strategic workforce planning.
• Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Legal, compliance teams, and operational leaders.
• Lead communication and educational initiatives to foster transparency and comprehension among providers and stakeholders.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and/or project and change management.
• Proficient in various forecasting and modeling methodologies.
