This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final contract execution.
• Propel market growth by identifying, engaging, and securing elite medical providers and new business opportunities, aligning with market demands and strategic objectives.
• Present the company’s offerings, services, and value proposition through compelling presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms that support business goals, enhance value, and promote sustainable growth.
• Supply market intelligence, including competitor positioning, pricing trends, and provider sentiment, to internal teams to inform strategic planning and execution in our solutions and service delivery.
• Travel 40-50% of the time within the assigned territory to ensure contract compliance and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in industry events and engage in local and regional networking opportunities to boost market visibility, strengthen existing relationships, and cultivate new connections with providers, vendors, and key influencers in the medical and legal sectors.
• A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Paralegal studies is advantageous.
• Experience in paralegal work, legal, provider, medical device sales, account management, and/or outside sales is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong relationship management skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and consistently achieve or surpass performance targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
